Frontend Developer (React)

Product Hive is a company that builds kickass digital products. Apart from doing it for our clients, most of our efforts go towards our own startup: Emitto (https://emitto.io). Emitto is the easiest way for businesses to send highly targeted, personalized messaging campaigns across multiple channels. SMS, Viber, Facebook messenger, Push, you name it, Emitto helps non-developers send messaging campaigns in minutes.

We're looking for a creative, product-focused, Frontend engineer to help us develop key features of the next generation of our product. You'll use modern tools like React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SAAS/LESS, etc. to deliver high performance, maintainable code. We're looking for someone who thrives on putting new features in front of customers and takes pride in the quality of their work.

Who You Are

You have significant experience in the modern JavaScript/ECMAScript/TypeScript ecosystem, including React and Node.js. Bonus points if you have experience with serverless deployments, including AWS Lambda and especially Serverless Framework. You love working on early products and being a major contributor to not just building the product, but deciding how it is built.

You are relentlessly customer-focused and are eager to talk to our customers to learn how we can improve.

You have experience building infrastructure that prioritizes security and privacy, or a willingness to learn the fundamentals. You're a firm believer that the future of business communication is in 1-to-1 communication with the customers, and every person can be a great marketer with the right tools.

Location

We have always been remote first. You can work from wherever you like. However, we do love meeting face to face and have offices in Kralja Stefana Prvovencanog 16/7 in Nis and Kralja Milana 10 (ICT Hub) in Belgrade.
