First we've gone through the discovery phase in order to understand the business, how it helps the customers, it's goals, industry and customers. We collaborated with the leadership team of Cransten and lead them through a series of workshops to lay out in detail all the necessary use cases, features and system architecture. We've laid out a foundation of every successful project, a proper planning and prioritization.
The product we're building is a custom Customer Relations Management (CRM) web platform that has several primary functions.
1st: It's a Referral platform. A place where affiliates and referrals can register, submit leads and easily track in real-time the status and earnings on all the leads submitted.
2nd: Sales Team can keep all the leads and their notes in one place, streamlining the lead flow. They can track their success, but also submit referrals to sales reps in other fields and get financial rewards for success.
3rd: The Admins manage all the users, roles, leads and payouts in the back office, having control of the whole system in one place, with a custom information flow that streamlines the business and make a lead management process easier to track and more successful.
